Leg Pegs allow you to transfer weight to lessen body fatigue. Leg Pegs provide great body position & keep you in the "attack" position using less energy.
Some of the fastest Riders on the Planet are using Leg Pegs are you?

Installation and fit for Part # LP 1

These Leg pegs - are the same length on the left and right side. All 4 stroke Hondas that use
these, will use the stock subframe lower bolts with the pegs. The 2 strokes
will use the longer bolts that come with the kit, as will the Yamahas.

As seen here, the adjustment stop nut will fit up against the plastic on the CRF 450 X only, when the peg is in the full back position, and that is OK. All other bikes will stop against the subframe rail.
You can move the peg front or back and then move the stop nut and bolt against the frame rail and tighten then tighten subframe bolt. The stop nut keeps peg from ever moving backward when riding.

Installation and fit for Part # LP 2 and LP KTM

These Leg pegs are longer on the left side than the right and all use longer (provided) sub frame bolts.

Adjust by running right side (shorter) adjustment nut all the way to the top and securing down the peg and then adjust left side so it sits back the same amount. Look down from the top of the seat to see if evenly aligned.  Adjust as you like then while on the trail. LOCKTITE ALL bolts after position is set.

(2011 KTM Models may need minor trimming on left side below the airbox)

2010 Honda model above.                  Kawasaki models have limited adjustment.
